Light , fresh pasta dish suitable for both lunch or dinner! Yummo!
Boil pasta till cooked and keep warm. Dice onion and bacon and cook in olive oil in pan till brown. Add crushed garlic,chilli ,s+p and peas, stir. Add half the juice of the lime and all the rind. Stir togeather over low heat. Add cooked pasta and rest of lime juice and stir togeather until combined. Add a little more olive oil if too dry. Serve with ricotta, scattered over top.
