This is quick ! It looks and tastes sensational and everyone will think you went to a lot of trouble to make it.....but you didn't !!


  • 12 Large Green Prawns (peeled & deveined)

  • 1 – 2 Tablespoons Foodie parties Almond Dukkah

  • Olive Oil


  • Mixed Green Lettuce Leaves

  • 1 Tomato diced

  • 1 small Lebanese Cucumber diced

  • Pukara Estate Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar

  • *optional (1 White Nectarine diced)


  • 1.

    Wash prawns, drizzle with Olive oil & sprinkle & press Foodies Dukkah to coat.

  • 2.

    Cook prawns for 1 to 2 minutes each side on Hot Grill or BBQ

  • 3.

    Salad – Combine all ingredients, add Dukkah prawns & drizzle Balsamic Vinegar prior to serving.
