The family will definitely want seconds with this one


  • 1-2 Tbs Oil

  • 1 Kilo Potatoes

  • 1 brown onion, sliced

  • Butter

  • 750g beef or pork sausages chopped (Chipolata’s are a good size)

  • ¾ - 1 Cup Milk

  • 1 Tbs Foodie Parties Country Herb & Garlic Blend

  • ¼ BBQ Sauce

  • ¼ Tomato Sauce

  • 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 35g packet French Onion Soup mix

  • 1 Tbs plain flour

  • 1 cup water

  • ½ - 1 cup grated tasty cheese


  • 1.

    Potatoes are to be boiled & made into a smooth mashed potato with the butter & milk & seasoned with salt & pepper.

  • 2.

    Preheat oven to 180c. Heat oil in a pan, add Foodies Country Herb & Garlic Blend to infuse. Add onion & cook until tender. Add sausages until browned.

  • 3.

    Whisk tomato sauce, bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soup mix, flour & water in a jug. Stir into sausage mixture & bring to the boil.

  • 4.

    Spoon mixture into a casserole dish. Top with potato & sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is golden. Serve with steam vegetables.


Variation: Replace the sausages with small lamb loin chops & Foodie Parties Country Herb & Garlic with Foodie Parties The Casablanca Spices!!
