An easy versatile recipe that can be adapted for children and adults, anything can be used in conjunction with the 2 main ingredients


  • 1 X pack of 2 minute noodles, 3 eggs, left over veges or roast, ham, bacon, what ever you have in the fridy, that you want to use up.

    Cook the noodles as recomended, cool. Add the sachet tothe egg s, cut the extra food about a cup full as needed. When the noodles are cool, mix with eggs and selected ingredients, Pan fry table spoon fulls in a heated fry pan, flip after a minute or two.


For youngers children, I grate or mash any extra veges so as they cant see them, just dice for older kids ect. These are great as an after school snack, school lunches ect. I is a great way to get veges into youngstrs. I have actually blended the veges first into a type or paste, then added it to eggs and noodles.
