A quick and easy child favourite


  • 500g mince meat

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 cup rice

  • 1 tin tomato soup

  • splash worcestershire sauce

  • plain flour


  • 1.

    Mix together mince, onion and rice

  • 2.

    Shape into small balls, golf ball size

  • 3.

    Roll the balls in flour and put into greased ovenproof casserole dish.

  • 4.

    Mix together soup and sauce

  • 5.

    Cook covered in preheated oven for 1 hour

  • 6.

    Serve with mashed potatoes


Make sure that the meatballs are covered with liquid. add water if necessary.
