Its a mild prawn and coconut curry.
Heat a wok and add the oil.
When hot, add the red curry paste (use more or less depending on how hot you like your curry).
Fry for 1 minute.
Add pumpkin soup and coconut milk.
Heat until boiling, then turn down to simmer.
Add peeled prawns, bean sprouts and snow peas.
Simmer until prawns and vegetables are cooked.
Serve with boiled rice.
