An aromatic chicken dish for the BBQ
Construct the pesto paste by adding the basil,garlic,ginger chilli.parmesen cheese,salt and pepper and prepare to process.
Blend slowly,adding olive oil in parts to form a paste.
Add pine nuts untill injested into the paste.
Trim chicken of excess fat and cut a slither into the breast and place 2 slices of the feta into each and close.
Rub the pesto paste all over the chicken and place on the hot oiled BBQ plate and cook for eight mins each side or to your taste.
