A healthy alternative to fast food - 12 minutes to make! Eat at home and save time, money and weight!


  • 300 g Sliced Breast chicken

  • Dried onion,

  • Dried garlic

  • Mixed herbs

  • 2 Tsp butter

  • 2 Wholemeal Lebanese flat breads halved

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

  • sliced large tomato

  • finely sliced small onion

  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese

  • Lite or flow fat Mayonnaise


  • 1.

    Crumb chicken strips with dried onion, garlic and herbs

  • 2.

    Heat butter in fry pan

  • 3.

    Fry off chicken strips

  • 4.

    Place one half flat bread on each dinner plate and add lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese and mayonnaise to middle section

  • 5.

    Add cooked chicken strips

  • 6.

    Roll up wrap and fasten with toothpick


Try sweet chilli sauce as an alternative, or add some smoky barbecue marinade to the chicken before crumbing for interesting alternatives!
