This is an easy, delicious quick recipe - everyone loves!
Frisht place Spaghetti in boiling salter water. Whilst the speghetti cook
Prepare the sauce:
Heat a good quantity of olive oil in large frypan.
When oil is hot, add prawns, garlic, chilli and cook for a few minutes tossing prawns.
Add tomatoes, pinch salt & pepper, place on a lid and simmer gently
Until the spaghetti are cooked al dente. (approx 12 mins)
Drain cooked spaghetti, toss into hot frypan mixture, and mix through.
Serve immediately onto plates with good sprinkling of fresh herbs for each plate.
