This is an everyday meal easy to make and not only do the kids love it but so do the adults
Preheat oven to 180º
Make the sauce first. Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Put half of the sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Mix mince, soup, egg and onion together. Roll into walnut size balls (don't make them too big)
Roll in cornflour
Pour rest of sauce over top of meatballs. Cover with alfoil bake for 30 mins, then turn them over (this important or they will appear grey) bake for a further 30 mins.
Remove foil last 15mins to reduce the sauce.
Serve with creamy mash and steamed broccoli
