Easy Garlic Bread


  • 1 Tblsp minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine

  • Turkish bread large loaf or several small loaves


  • 1.

    Mix together minced garlic and butter to a spreadable paste.

  • 2.

    Cut Turkish bread to your liking either in halves or slices (slices are best at an angle)

  • 3.

    Spread butter mix onto bread.

  • 4.

    Put under grill butter side up and brown to your liking.

  • 5.



Can also be done in a moderate oven and on the bbq
