A spicy, beef mince dip with all the Mexican favourites: cheese, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and cilantro.
Heat large frying pan to medium high heat
Add olive oil
Add diced onions
Cook onions until clear, not browned
Add minced garlic to onions and continue cooking with onions approximately 5 minutes
Add all canned tomatoes, 1 package of taco mix, all chilli powder, all paprika and jalapenos to pan with onions and garlic and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes before removing pan from heat
In a separate, large frying pan, brown the beef mince while stirring to break into fine pieces
When mince is still slightly pink, drain the fat from the pan and return the pan to the heat adding the remaining packet of taco mix to the mince, stirring occasionally, until cooked through
Turn heat of the mince down to low and add the Kraft Cheese Spread to the mince, stirring constantly, until the cheese and beef is totally mixed
Remove pan from heat, add chopped cilantro
In a large bowl combine mince/cheese mix with tomato/onion mix and stir thoroughly.
