A variation on the classic spag bol from Italy, I do it this way to get the kids to at it!
Dice your onion and add to the pan with the garlic and brown
Add the mince and brown that off
Add the tin tomatoes and the squirt of tomato sauce
Add your mixed herbs, beef stock and sugar and simmer whilst the spaghetti is cooking
Serve out once the spaghetti is cooked, the sauce will have reduced a bit by then and be a bit thicker
Serve with lots of grated cheese of your choice!
