A tasty meal for a cold winter night.
Preheat moderate oven to 180 degrees
Heat the oil in a large baking dish, add the beef and cook until brown all over.
Add the combined cinnamon, honely, soy, garlic and stock to the pan.
Cover the dish with a lid or foil and bake for 1 hour or until tender.
Cook rice following directions on the packet.
Steam or boil the broccoli until tender- drain.
Serve the beef and pan juices with the rice and broccoli.
