It's a wonderful seasonal dish

Ingredients

  • 1Mango

  • 1/2 Red Onion

  • Mint Sauce

Method

  • 1.

    Peel and slice Mango

  • 2.

    Peel and fine Dice Red onion

  • 3.

    Place Mango Slices into the bottom of a container that suitable to go into the fridge

  • 4.

    Sprinkle with a small of diced red onion and mint sauce

  • 5.

    Keep laying mango red onion and mint sauce until all used cover and place into fridge for a few hours until ready to serve

Notes

best marinaded over night and buy the best quantity mint sauce it makes a better flavor
