A quick & easy recipe which can be cooked after assembling or frozen raw to cook later.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken mince

  • 3 cups breadcrumbs (make your own from any bread,fresh or stale)

  • 1 large brown onion ,finely chopped.

  • 4 cloves garlic,crushed.(use less or more if you wish)

  • .25 cup peanut oil (olive oil if you want a healthier version)

  • .25 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tspn. ground cumin

  • .5 tspn cayenne pepper

  • .5 tspn ground nutmeg

  • .25 to .5 cup fresh parsley,chopped

Method

  • 1.

    Pre heat oven to 200c

  • 2.

    Cover metal cooking tray with baking paper

  • 3.

    Place all ingredients into a bowl.

  • 4.

    Mix well.(Hands are best)

  • 5.

    Form into walnut sized balls,with floured hands.

  • 6.

    Place on baking tray & cook for approximately 15 minutes( This will depend on your oven ) until brown.
