Its my mums old recipe from when you get home from work and you are exhausted@


  • Mince meat 500grms

  • carrots

  • curry powder

  • onion

  • gravox

  • parsley

  • rice


  • 1.

    Brown mince and add gravox to thicken

  • 2.

    Add curry powder to taste

  • 3.

    Separatley cook carrots , onion

  • 4.

    Then add to mince, simmer for 10-15 mins

  • 5.

    Cook rice and then serve
