Easy and tasty fish dish for the family


  • Bonless white fish fillets

  • Butter

  • Lemon Juice

  • Stuffing Mix

  • Grated cheese

  • Chopped Onion (chopped tomoto can be added for extra flavour)


  • 1.

    Place the fish in an extra well buttered dish.

  • 2.

    Top with some extra melted butter and lemon joice.

  • 3.

    Bake in oven for about 10 mins on 150 until fish is partly cooked.

  • 4.

    Sprinke finally chopped onion stuffing mix and cheese on top.

  • 5.

    Cook for another 15 minutes until the dish is cooked.

  • 6.

    Serve with chips and salad


I find by using the stuffing mix you dont need to use breadcrumbs and herbs and it is all mixed together for you and is an easy way to use a topping.
