Very tasty sausage rolls best served for lunch or a snack, straight out of the oven with tomato relish.
Combine all ingredients
Cut defrosted puff pastry sheets in half and spoon mixture onto them
Brush one side of the pastry sheet with egg white and fold the pastry over. Seal the two sides together by pressing a fork along the pastry edge.
Glaze the top of the sausage roll with egg white and make shallow cuts along the top of the roll with a knife.
Cut the roll into small bite sized pieces and place onto an oven tray (lined with Glad Bake and lightly greased).
Cook for about 30-35mins on 180deg fan forced oven or until cooked.
