This is my never fail dinner party dessert favourite!
Grease and flour 6 muffin or panna cotta moulds
Chop chocolate and place butter and chocolate in a double boiler to melt, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
In a seperate bowl whisk the eggs and sugar togetheruntil thick and pale.
Fold in chocolate and butter mixture.
Fold in flour.
Pour into prepared moulds and chill for at least 2 hours.
Approximately 15 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
Bake fondants for 10-12 minutes unitl set - they will be cooked on the outside but still runny in the middle.
Remove from oven and allow to sit for a momemnt before turning out.
Serve with thick cream and/or icecream.
