A health meal full of vegitables and chicken strips suitable for crepes or
served on a bed of rice.
In food processor finely chop one at a time celery, onion, capsicum, carrot, garlic
And place in sauspan and bring to boil and simmer for 15 mins until vegitables
Are cooked. Drain so all water is removed. then place back in saucepan with
1 can of cream of chicken soup, and 1/4 cup of evaporated carnation milk
Stir together and then add cooked chicken which has been skinned and corsely chopped in food processor and stripped by hand for larger pieces. Heat through and serve on a bed of rice.
