Great for marinating lamb or chicken breasts


  • 1 onion , peeled

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 2 bay leaves

  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves

  • 0.5 cup olive oil

  • 2 tabspoon lemon juice


  • 1.

    Process or blend onion,garlic,bay leaves and oregano with lemon juice & oil.

  • 2.

    Marinate overnight in fridge with lamb or chicken ( l use large oven cooking bags for marinating)

  • 3.

    Barbecue unitl tender,baste with marinade often during cooking.
