Prawn and Chicken served on flour Tortilla


  • 2 skinless chicken breasts

  • 4-6 peeled King or Banana Prawns per person

  • 1 large knob of Butter

  • A chunk of Cucumber

  • Half Green Pepper

  • 2 tablespoons of Crème Fresh

  • Grated Cheese (As much as you like)

  • Flour Tortillas


  • 1.

    Cut Chicken into strips and fry with the butter.

  • 2.

    Chop the Pepper into smaller pieces, sauté in the same pan once the chicken has turned a white color.

  • 3.

    Add the King prawns which should turn from a translucent, white looking color, to a pink or dark gray (Tiger Prawns) to indicate they are cooked.

  • 4.

    Leave to fry until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and the pepper is a darker color.

  • 5.

    Chop up the cucumber, either into slices or chunks. Grate the cheese in a separate bowl. Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds in a microwave.

  • 6.

    Spread the crème fresh on the tortillas, one tablespoon per tortilla. Add the grated cheese and cucumber.

  • 7.

    Serve the chicken and green pepper onto the tortilla and wrap. That's it.
