A quick quiche like dish made using pasta with no base required.


  • 375g sundried tomato Agollotti (fresh pasta)

  • 1 x pkt frozen spinach, thawed and drained

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup cream

  • 1 cup grated cheese

  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg

  • salt & pepper

  • 2 chopped shallots

  • Extra cheese


  • 1.

    Cook Agolloti as per packet instructions.

  • 2.

    In a bow mix together remaining ingredients and then add cooked pasta.

  • 3.

    Pour into greased baking dish or large quiche dish.

  • 4.

    Sprinke with extra cheese and bake in moderate oven for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden.

  • 5.

    Serve with salad or as a side dish at a BBQ.


Look for Agollotti in the fresh pasta section in the fridge at the supermarket. Aqollotti is available in different flavours - try sundried tomato, bacon & cheese.

This is great served as a side dish at a BBQ. Very easy and tasty.
