Thick, luscious pancakes designed to clog your heart!
Combine the flour, sugar, eggs, salt, baking powder and cooking oil in a large bowl.
Gradually add the milk, and stir in until mixture is fairly thick (like a honey thickness). You probably won't need the full 2.25 cups of milk.
Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Add some of the mixture (how much is up to how big you want your pancakes) to a hot oiled pan and cook on medium heat until each side is golden brown colour.
Serve as is, or add butter and syrup.
