Pepper Steak

delicious staple diet


  • small tin of green peppercorns (55 grams product of france)

  • thickened cream, sour cream or yoghurt

  • rib fillet steak sliced


  • 1.

    Crush and press some of the pepper corns into the steak

  • 2.

    Fry steak in hot non stick pan - no oil needed

  • 3.

    When cooked, lower heat and pour cream and remaining peppercorns into pan

  • 4.

    Stir to mix with meat juices


You can use low fat cream for a healthier meal.
For a thicker sauce, thicken with cornflour mixed with a little cream.
Serve with boiled potatoes.
