A delicious and healthy alternative to the crumbed version served everywhere


  • 1 chicken breast per person

  • 1 wedge of Parmesan (Grated)

  • 1 jar of ready made pasta sauce


  • 1.

    Place chicken breast into an oven proof baking dish and cover with half of the grated Parmesan cheese.

  • 2.

    Pour jar of pasta sauce over chicken breast and top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

  • 3.

    Bake in a moderate (180C) oven for 45 minutes


Serve with salad or vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes
