Pretty, simple, easy! Brings out the best experience of egg you could ever have. Silky soft texture that contains multiple layers of favour, yet combined in harmony. It just touches your heart, and opens up your appetites!


  • egg X 2

  • milk 2 table spoon

  • Chicken Stock 2 cups

  • Fresh Prawn - a few (for decoration)

  • Baby seaweed - a few (for decoration)

  • Salt 1.5 table spoon


  • 1.

    Mix 2 eggs in a mixing bowl

  • 2.

    Add chicken stock, milk and salt, mix well with egg (see tip 1)

  • 3.

    Heat up streamer, make sure there are planty of water for good stream

  • 4.

    Pour 90% of the egg mixture in the serving bowl, place in streamer for 7 minutes. (see tip 2)

  • 5.

    After 7 minutes of steaming, the egg mixture should be firm enough to hold the decorations, place prawn and baby seaweed in a flower shape, then add the rest of the egg mixture in the serving bowl.

  • 6.

    Steam for another 2-3 minutes until silky surface.

  • 7.

    Ready to serve!


1. For perfect streamed egg, the porpotion of chicken stock and egg is approx. 2:1, if you prefer firmer streamed egg, add less chicken stock.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. don't put all the prawn and seaweed in the beginning, because it's all going to sink to the bottom.
