A delisious cheap, quick and healthy, and easy pasta dish for those who need a gluten free treat.


  • 1 kg Gluten Free Pasta(your favourite, Mine's spirals)

  • Passata Sauce(100% Tomatoes, no additives)

  • Approx 1 kg fresh mushrooms, or 750g can of Champions(sic)(as alternative)

  • A 750g can of Three-Bean Mix, or fresh do your own

  • A cup full of a grated cheese sprinkled on top(any type of cheese will do)

  • 500g of Turkey Mince


  • 1.

    First, boil and drain your pasta.

  • 2.

    Place Turkey mince into frypan, and fry until brown

  • 3.

    Add mushrooms, beans and Passata sauce to Turkey Mince and mix, and heat.

  • 4.

    Then place pasta in a dish, and add pan contents into pasta and toss.

  • 5.

    Then sprinkle grated cheese, and allow to melt in Microwave for approx 2 minutes.

  • 6.

    You can also do the same recipe the same way, for an alternative without the Turkey Mince


You can also add corn kernels and other fresh vegetables for a change of appetite.
