tasty slice for the whole family


  • Wheatbix (4)

  • Butter (125g melted)

  • Brown Sugar (3/4 cup)

  • Self Raising Flour (1 Cup)

  • Desicated Coconut (1 Cup)

  • Chocolate Bits (1 Cup)

  • Chocotate (approx 200g)


  • 1.

    Crush Wheatbix into a bowl and add the Self Raising Four, Coconut, Brown Sugar and Chocolate bits. Mix.

  • 2.

    Add in the melted butter and mix to combine.

  • 3.

    Press into a lined backing dish (approx 18x30cm)

  • 4.

    Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.

  • 5.

    Allow to cool and then melt extra chocolate and spread over top. Cool before cutting into slices.
