Easy tuna casserole, great for large families
Preheat oven to 180C.
Make cheese sauce:
Melt margarine in saucepan on medium heat, add plain flour, few drops tabasco sauce, salt and pepper, cook for 2 minutes, whisk in milk and stir until sauce begins to thicken. Take off heat and add chopped parsley and grated cheese.
In casserole dish layer half the cooked rice, one can tuna, and half the cheese sauce. Repeat layer.
Top with cornflakes that have been tossed in melted butter.
Cook in moderate oven approx 20-30 minutes until heated through.
