  • FRESH CHICKEN, GINGER, GARLIC, HOT PAPRIKA, GROUND CORRIANDER/ CUMMIN, MALT VINGER, SALT & SUGAR TO TASTE

Method

  • 1.

    MARINATE THE CHICKEN P IECES WITH THE PAPRIKA , HEAP TBL SPOON GINGER,GARLIC & OIL

  • 2.

    COOK ON HIGH HEAT FOR 5 MIN THEN ADD THE CORRIANDER/CUMMIN SALT TURN DOWN THE HEAT IN A CUP ADD VINEGAR, SUGAR & ANOTHER HEAP SPOONFUL OF GINGER/ GARLIC SET ASIDE WHEN THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THE OIL WILL COME UP TO THE TOP BEFORE REMOVING FROM COOKING ADD THE CUP WITH VINEGAR ETC STICK ONCE REMOVE FROM HEAT.

Notes

TAKE I CUP OF MAL VINAGER 2 TBL SPOON SUGAR REDUCE TO HALF QUALTITY.
