A delicous family favourite at Christmas.
Put hot water, gelatine, crumbled stock cube, in blender, blend on high speed 1 minute.
Add undrained salmon, roughly chopped shallots, mayonaise, lemon juice, salt/pepper, blend further 1 minute.
Add cream, blend 30 seconds.
Pour salmon mixture into however many dishes required, having lightly greased them first.
Refrigerate until set.
