Easy impressive entree dish for special occasions or light lunch
preparation time 10 to 15 minutes..... NO COOKING
Mix crab, eggs, mayonnaise...add salt and pepper to taste
Cut small slice of 1/2 pear on curved side so it sits better ...reserve slice
Add mixture above on top of pear ..
.sit pear on garnish
+1 slice of cheese
+ cherry tomatoes
+ pear slice
Serve with 2-3 slices of Melba toast ..on plate next to pear
