Breakfast Sausages with a tomato pasta sauce
Boil, skin and chop sausages into bite size pieces
Fry chopped onion in a little oil in the same saucepan you use for sausages
Once onion is transparent remove from saucepan
Chop capsicum place with pasta in same saucepan cover with water and cook until pasta is al dente, drain and put back in saucepan along with sausages, onions, 1 can of tomato soup, evap milk to combine. For richer tomato flavour add 2nd can of tomato soup. Stir in Sweet chilli sauce serve immediately
