Cook the onions in olive oil for 10 minutes
Add the garlic
Add the mince and brown
Add the tomato paste and mix through the mince
Add all other ingredients.
Bring to the boil.
Reduce to a slow simmer and cover with a lid.
Slow cook the sauce for at least 4 hours
