Smooth,rich and creamy cheescake with banana


  • 1 packet biscuit base

  • 1 x 425g packet of cream cheese

  • 1 x 400g tin of condensed milk

  • 1/3 cup of lemon juice

  • vanilla essence to taste

  • 1 to 2 bananas

  • extra lemon juice


  • 1.

    Make the biscuit base as per instructions on packet

  • 2.

    Beat the cream cheese until smooth

  • 3.

    Add condensed milk and mix until combined without any lumps of cream cheese

  • 4.

    Add lemon juice and vanilla essence and mix until combined

  • 5.

    Mixture should thicken

  • 6.

    Slice banana and mix with extra lemon juice. This stops the banana going black

  • 7.

    Place the banana on the bottom of the prepared biscuit base

  • 8.

    Pour on the cheesecake mixture and smooth on the top

  • 9.

    Place in the refigerator over night or atleast 2-3 hours
