Tuna Omlette

Tasty Breakfast or Snack


  • 2 Eggs

  • 100g tinned tuna ( preferably with chilli or any that is seasoned)

  • Salt/Pepper (optional)

  • Olive Oil


  • 1.

    Heat large frypan and add a teaspoon of olive oil ,

  • 2.

    Whisk eggs with salt/pepper and pour into heated pan.

  • 3.

    Cook until half set and then add the tuna.

  • 4.

    Cook a further minute and then fold in half and stand for a further minute.

  • 5.

    Served on a warm plate with your favourite side i.e. bacon, tomato.
