This is a great busy work day meal - from fridge to table in no time!
Put pasta on to cook in salted boiling water
Crisp bacon/ham in fry pan; add garlic cook 1 - 2 mins.
Add cream and peas bring to the boil and reduce for 2 – 4 mins
Drain pasta & stir through beaten egg
Bowl up pasta, spoon sauce on top
Serve with shaved parmesan cheese, fresh chopped parsley and heaps of cracked pepper
