This is a great busy work day meal - from fridge to table in no time!


  • 1 Packet of Fettuccini – Spinach is great

  • Small Tub of Light Cream

  • 250 gms Bacon or Ham

  • 1 cup Peas

  • 1 -2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 beaten egg


  • 1.

    Put pasta on to cook in salted boiling water

  • 2.

    Crisp bacon/ham in fry pan; add garlic cook 1 - 2 mins.

  • 3.

    Add cream and peas bring to the boil and reduce for 2 – 4 mins

  • 4.

    Drain pasta & stir through beaten egg

  • 5.

    Bowl up pasta, spoon sauce on top


Serve with shaved parmesan cheese, fresh chopped parsley and heaps of cracked pepper
