chocolate fudge that make a great gift for teachers at Christmas and easter


  • 2 tblsps golden syrup

  • 125gr butter

  • tin condendesed milk

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 250 grm chocolate


  • 1.

    Put everything except chocolate in microwave safe bowl, cook on high for around 4mins stirring every minute until a rich golden colour.

  • 2.

    Line a tin with baking paper

  • 3.

    Place chocolate buds in golden syrup mixture and wisk until smooth the place in tin and allow to cool

  • 4.

    Cut into small pieces and wrap in celophane or indulge yourself
