Mean, lean and hot!!!
Heat oil in pan and add finely diced onion, cook until softened. Add turkey and mix together. Once heated through add the curry paste and mix thoroughly. Add diced tomatoes. Allow the curry to warm through then add water (a little at a time) stir through, keep adding water until the required consistency is reached. Allow the curry to simmer whilst the rice is cooking. Cook Basmati Rice in rice cooker according to the instructions.
Serve with Naan bread (great for mopping up all the sauce!!)
