Quick Quiche

A tasty quiche that can be put together for a quick dinner or snack

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 3 Slices of broken up bread

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of chopped ham/ Bacon

  • 2 cups of grated cheese

  • 1/2 cup shallots

  • 1 tin of sliced mushrooms ( or fresh if available)

  • sprinkle of chopped parsley

  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • 1.

    Beat eggs and milk in mixing bowl

  • 2.

    Add all other ingreadients.

  • 3.

    Pour miture into a greased 8" or 9" pie plate or quiche dish.

  • 4.

    Bake in Moderate oven for 30-35 Minutes

  • 5.

    Serve with salad

Notes

you can add any vegies you wish to this reciepe. just remember if they are a wet vegie like zucinni you will need to add more bread to kepp the quiche firm.
Add tomato on top for a good look
This is also a great reciepe to make into a muffin try and use as a starter/ finger food.
can be made meat free
