Yummy and certainly glam, dessert ice cream cake!


  • 2.5 litres of light soft and creamy choc chip ice cream

  • Packet of crushed oreo biscuits

  • Packet of frozen berries (I like rasberries)


  • 1.

    Take your ice cream out of the freezer and allow to soften. Line a spring form cake tin with cooking paper. Place oreo biscuits into a freezer bag and crush into small portions. Place ice cream, frozen rasberries and crushed oreo biscuits into a mixing bowl and combine. Spoon into cake tin and smooth with a spatula or spoon, and place in freezer until ice cream sets again. Once set, pop it out of the tin and place it smooth side up for serving. Easy, and delicous dessert that can be prepared ahead of time!


Use any ingredients you like, uncooked cookie dough and mixed frozen berries is another favourite!
