An easy to prepare and quick meal that feeds 4 easily.

Ingredients

  • One cooked chicken pulled into small pieces

  • Diced fresh or frozen vegetables of your choice but must include 1/2 shredded cabbage (we add cauli, celery, grated carrot , beens & baby corn)

  • Packet Maggi mushroom soup.

  • 6 - 8 tablespoons Soya sauce

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Packet of crispy noodles.

Method

  • 1.

    Either pre cook veg's in the microwave for a few mins or in the wok. Mix up the soup mix with hot water about 2 cups, add Soya sauce and salt & pepper. Pour this mixture over the vegetable and simmer till semi cooked. Add chicken and cook till this is heated through then serve on a base of crispy noodles.

Notes

Vary all ingredients to suit your own taste.
