  • 1 small block of goats cheese

  • 1 leek

  • 500g potato

  • chopped fresh rosemary

  • chopped fresh thyme

  • gravy

  • english mustard

    Get your butcher to bone and butterfly your lamb if you are a beginner like me. stuff the lamb with the goats cheese spinich and rocket with the chopped rosemary and thyme and garlic, season with salt and pepper.role the lamb up and season the outside skin with salt and pepper and some of the chopped herbs. tie off the meat to keep shape this should be cooked in the oven at gas mark 4 180 for 30 min ish give or take on the weight of the lamb, let the meat rest for 25 min. Chop your potatoes and boil them up and them mash chop the leek and cook then fold into the potatoes add a dash of english mustard and season, make your gravy out the juices of the lamb and granules put a bit of rosemary and time into the gravy plate and serve


this is a great tasting dish and for a beginner doesnt strech you too much
