In a mad rush one lunch time, I opened the fridge to find a bowl of left over spaghetti. I opened the pantry and found a tin of lemon pepper tuna. Et voila!
Totally idiot proof.
Boil spaghetti in a large saucepan of salted water until tender
Add tuna (do not drain)
Stir to combine
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
Season with salt and pepper
