Very quick and easy dish served with a salad or vegetables


  • 425g tin Tuna chunks in spring water

  • 600ml carton cream

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 140g tomato paste

  • fresh lasagne sheets

  • clove garlic

  • salt and pepper

    Drain tuna and chop roughly, add cream, tomato paste, salt and pepper and crashed garlic in a pan until combined and just heated through (do not boil).

  • 2.

    Select a well greased casserole dish. Cover the bottom of the dish with the tuna mix than add lasagne sheets across the top to fit the dish single layer than alternate with layers of tuna mix and lasagne ending with tuna mix.Sprinkle grated cheese accross the top cover with aluminium foil place in moderate oven for 30 mins.After this time remove the foil and return to the oven for another 15 to 20 mins to brown the top.
