steak with creamy prawn and garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • -1 scotch fillet steak

  • -1tbls.oil

  • - butter(spread on steak once turned once.)

  • -150mls cream

  • -1tbls.garlic

  • - 1/2 teaspoon.chicken booster

  • - 5 green king prawns

  • - 1tbls.finely chopped parsely

Method

  • 1.

    Oil and season steak. grill to your liking in a very hot griddle pan.

  • 2.

    2.remove from heat and keep hot.

  • 3.

    3.in a small saucepan add cream, a tablespoon of garlic, half a teaspoon of chicken booster and bring to boil.

  • 4.

    4.reduce heat and reduce sauce until it thickens.

  • 5.

    5.prepare prawns and add to sauce and cook for a couple of minutes.

  • 6.

    6.then add finely chopped parsely.

  • 7.

    7.arrange steak on plate with prawns and creamy sauce on top and seasonal vegetables to complement dish. serve hot

Notes

- for presentation, butterfly prawns before cooking.
