A tasty dip that everyone will LOVE!


  • 1 x block philly cheese (softened)

  • 1 x small tub sour cream

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)

  • 1 cob loaf


  • 1.

    Cut the top off the cob loaf and scoop out, setting aside the scooped out part.

  • 2.

    Mix the cheeses and sour cream in a bowl, then tip into the scooped out cob.

  • 3.

    Place in a slow oven for 40 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

  • 4.

    When you are about 10 minutes away from serving, place the broken up remainder of the cob onto a tray and toast in the oven.

  • 5.

    Serve with the dip! Yum!
