  • worsestershire sauce

  • ! can reduced fat cream

    Melt butter in fry pan, place fillet steak in pan, crush some garlic over steak, cook meat on both sider, cover botton of pan with worcestershire saurce and remaining garlic. Shake can of reduced fat cream, Pour can into pan. Mix well with sauce and cover meat, turing to ensure all is cooked. Do not boil


serving depends of how much steak is put on
